Business Problem:
To enhance customer care capabilities for the client services group across the firm, client elected to implement the SalesLogix CRM solution. Client expected increased success in properly serving clients by having a 360 degree view of the customer using the CRM application.

Initial implementation of the application had very low user buy-in. Business users found it very difficult to navigate and use the application due to complicated design and crowded interfaces.

Solution:
To achieve this, client engaged us, an experienced SalesLogix (CRM) implementation firm, to assist in developing and implementing the CRM system.
